Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in new condition, and in the original packaging

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

  • A Return Authorization (RA) number must be issued before returning any item

Please do not send your purchase back without an RA number.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment

  • Refunds may be subject to a 15% restocking fee

  • Approved refunds are typically processed within several business days

Non-refundable transaction fees
For returns due to change of mind or non-defective items, original payment processing fees charged by our payment provider (currently 3.6% + $0.30 USD) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

These fees are charged by third-party payment processors at the time of purchase and are not retained by Park & Sun Sports.

This does not apply to items that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly by Park & Sun Sports.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check with your financial institution, as posting times may vary

  2. If the issue persists, contact us at sports@parksun.com

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange for the same item, email sports@parksun.com.

Price Adjustments and Discount Codes

Promotional codes and discounts must be applied at checkout.
We are unable to retroactively apply discounts, adjust pricing, or refund the value of promotions once an order has been completed.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value once received.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If return shipping is paid by Park & Sun Sports, the cost will be deducted from the refund

  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance
